Olive Tree does not offer valet trash.

Olive Tree does not offer dedicated package lockers. However, USPS parcels that fit within the community's parcel boxes will be delivered to the mail area for resident pickup. 

For added convenience, Amazon Lockers are located nearby at Star Crest Plaza, located at 59th Avenue and Olive Avenue, providing a secure location for package pickup at your convenience.

Yes. We offer a variety of lease term options ranging from 7 to 15 months, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs and lifestyle. Lease term availability and pricing may vary based on apartment availability and move-in date.

Olive Tree participates in a master liability coverage program that all residents are automatically enrolled in. We also encourage residents to obtain personal content coverage from a provider of your choosing. 

Elementary School: Glendale American School (PreK-8)

High School: Glendale High School (9-12)

School boundaries and enrollment eligibility are determined by the school districts and may change. Prospective residents should contact the school districts directly to verify current attendance boundaries and enrollment requirements.

Leasing & Application Questions

Navigate to our floor plans HERE, choose the floor plan you are interested in, check the availability of the floor plan, a choose LEASE NOW on the apartment number you are interested in. Additionally, you can choose the link provided in the quote your leasing consultant sent to your email. 

Residents must make three (3) times the monthly rental amount. Guarantors must make five (5) times the monthly rental amount. 

Yes, the property runs both a credit and criminal background check. A copy of the General Rental Requirements can be obtained from the leasing staff. 

In addition to a completed Rental Application and signed General Rental Requirements, applicants must provide a government issued Photo ID & Proof of Income. 

If all required documentation is provided upon applying, then a decision is typically made the same day; otherwise, it can take up to 72 hours. 

Yes, guarantors are accepted in certain circumstances. 

Rent & Payments

You can pay rent through the LOFT Living mobile app, from the property website resident portal link, or directly to the leasing office. 

ACH, personal check, money order, cashier’s check and electronic money order. 

Rent is due on the1st and is considered late on the 3rd. Late rent is subject to late fees on the 3rd of each month in accordance with the Lease Contract.

Electricity is individually metered and paid directly by the residents. Water, sewer, trash, and other utility-related charges are billed separately through the community and are paid with the monthly rent amount.

Recurring online payments can be made at no cost. One-time online payments are subject to a $1.95 convenience fee, and electronic money-orders are subject to a $2.95 convenience fee.

Pet Policy Questions

Yes. Olive Tree Apartments is a pet-friendly community and welcomes both cats and dogs. All pets must be registered through a 3rd party screening service and comply with the community's pet policies, including vaccination requirements, leash requirements, and waste disposal regulations.

Yes. Breed restrictions apply, and all pets are subject to management approval. Please contact the leasing office for a current list of restricted breeds and any additional pet requirements.

A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment home.

Yes. Pet fees, deposits, and monthly pet rent apply. Please contact the leasing office for current pricing and details.

While Olive Tree Apartments does not have a designated dog park, pet waste stations are conveniently located throughout the community. Residents are required to keep pets on a leash at all times when outside their apartment and must immediately clean up after their pets. For additional outdoor space, a large public dog park is located within approximately a 10-minute walk of the community.

Parking & Storage

Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Residents are required to register their vehicles with the leasing office.

Yes, bicycles are permitted within the community. Residents are responsible for properly storing and securing their bicycles. At this time, Olive Tree Apartments does not offer designated bike storage areas or bike lockers.

Yes. Olive Tree Apartments is conveniently located near several public transportation options, making it easy for residents to commute throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Multiple bus routes serve the area, with stops located within walking distance of the community.

Move-In & Move-Out Questions

Once the application is approved, you will need to set up and provide your electric account number, ensure all leasing paperwork documents are signed, and pay your prorated rent and other move-in charges.

Residents and movers may utilize available parking spaces closest to their building while loading and unloading belongings. Please be mindful not to block drive lanes, fire lanes, sidewalks, dumpsters, or other residents' vehicles during the moving process.

Olive Tree Apartments does not offer elevator reservations or designated loading areas. To help ensure a smooth move, we recommend coordinating your move during non-peak hours whenever possible and notifying the leasing office if you anticipate needing special accommodations.

60 days’ notice of intent to move-out must be provided in writing.

Amenities Questions

Yes. Olive Tree Apartments offers a 24-hour fitness center, allowing residents to work out on their own schedule, day or night. The fitness center features free weights, TVs, a TRX Suspension Bay, and complimentary water for residents.

Yes. Residents enjoy access to two swimming pools located throughout the community.

Olive Tree Apartments does not offer coworking spaces or a traditional business center, but residents do have access to an internet café with a printer.

Yes. Olive Tree Apartments offers charcoal grills located throughout the community, along with picnic tables where residents can relax and enjoy outdoor dining.

Olive Tree offers a game area with cornhole and a sports court with basketball for residents to enjoy. While there is no playground within the community, a playground is located within a 5-minute walk of the property.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the community's common areas.

Policies & Rules

Any guest staying longer than 7 days in the apartment must be added to the lease. Residents are allowed two guests to accompany them in any amenity or community area facilities.

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM.

No. Grills are not permitted on patios, balconies, or within breezeways. In accordance with local fire department regulations, charcoal and propane grills may only be used when placed at least 10 feet away from any building, railing, overhang, or other combustible structure.

You will be subject to a 60 days’ notice of intent to move-out and an early termination fee, as indicated in the Lease Contract.
